Nigel Knowles is the CEO and Owner of Beyond Commissions, bringing more than 30 years
of executive experience across the technology, financial, and insurance sectors.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and began
his career at Procter & Gamble (P&G) as a Controls Engineer. During his nearly ten-year tenure, Nigel developed deep leadership and operational expertise while leading the Technology team, overseeing engineering, maintenance, and technical support for P&G’s
largest U.S. facility.
Following his time at P&G, Nigel joined LCG Technologies, ultimately paving the way to his
current role as President and CEO of Beyond Commissions. Throughout his career, he has
partnered with business leaders to shape and execute innovative strategies that enhance
operational performance, drive balanced growth, and support long-term profitability.
